19 March Meeting Report

  • Apologies: Ray, Noel, Don, Elizabeth.

  • Notices:

    • Literacy day is still on track. Don has contacted the schools involved, and ordered the books.

    • A request to assist with the costs has been received from an New Zealand representative for the mounted games to be held in Australia. The directors will consider this, with a possible $100 contribution.

    • Jim has finalised the club requirements for the dictionaries this year. 72 dictionaries have been ordered.

    • Bill: Barbecue  table locations have been advised, with final arrangements being completed.

    • Glenis advised that the RYDA was successful on the weekend and thanked the helpers.
