- A letter has been received from Bay of Islands Riding for the Disabled seeking funds for covering their riding ring.
- A full range of Rayma Ritchie’s books were on display. They are to be donated to the Northland College library.

- Directors have agreed to -
- Purchase 12 more high visibility vests, and material for signs, for the traverse.
- Donate $250 to ROMAC.
- Donate $250 towards purchasing books for Vanuatu schools.
- Christmas Dinner is at Wildspur - 12 December - $25 - Theme: A letter of the alphabet.
- Five Minute Speaker Mary Johnson spoke of their time in South Korea - one night on their way to Kazakhstan - two nights on their way home staying with people they had hosted in Kaikohe.
- Main Speaker Keith gave an illustrated talk about his Friendship Exchange to District 1030 North East England.
