10 October Meeting Report
  • Apologies - Tracy, Liz, Julie, Adrienne, Valerie, Roger, Alan, Saroja.
  • Makeups - Traverse Debrief meeting - Noel, Adrienne, Jim, Frank, Don.
  • Agreed that the Okaihau Kaikohe Traverse will be held annually on the last Sunday in September.
    • Expenses this year were less that $1,000. Income about $1,700.
    • Directors to consider purchase of 12 more high visability jackets, and material for more signs.
  • The Rotary Youth Driver Awareness programme is coming to Kaikohe on 21 March 2013.
  • President Noel report on the recent Area One Presidents meeting. Minutes have been sent out to members.
  • Area One Combined Meeting here in Kaikohe 14 November.
    • 6:15pm meet and greet, 7:00 start.
    • Guest Speaker Robin Grieve.
    • District Governor Lindsay Ford will also speak briefly.
  • Benji Powick has been accept for the National Science and Technology Forum.
